Who is V Knight

Hi, I’m V Knight—no period, just V. Author. Worldbuilder. Bard. Businesswitch. A unicorn witch, if you ask my kid. 🦄

I write emotionally intense, cinematic fantasy full of found family, broken systems, secret rebellions, skyborne tech-meets-magic, and the ruin of gods. My stories are character-driven and immersive—like stepping into a story-heavy RPG where the world breathes beneath your feet.

I’m an introvert and a bit neurodivergent. I’m also a lifelong gamer—video games shaped the way I think, feel, and build stories. I love D&D, weird movies, anime, and anything that dares to be a little too much. I build entire magic systems, floating empires, rebellion lore, and characters who bleed and burn and hope anyway.

My debut novel, Shadow’s Dawn, is a mix of tragic irony, slow-burn romance, and high-stakes adventure—think Tolkien, but with more suffering and anime levels of emotional damage.

When not writing, they are probably plotting dramatic betrayals, daydreaming about fictional cities, or trying to convince their characters to make better life choices.

V Knight has been living with these characters inside their head for years and they just can’t stand it anymore! They have to make their way out onto the page!
